Welcome to is an affiliate of OEC Tack Shop Ltd. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, if you do not agree with them, do not use this website. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. By using the website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms.

We will endeavour to provide uninterrupted, error free access to the website, however this cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of the Internet. Occasionally your access may be suspended or restricted to allow updates, upgrades or repairs. We will try to ensure that this is for the shortest time possible.

Our Contract (Order)

The information we seek from you when placing an order is for billing and delivery purposes or for contacting you if we have a query. When placing an order to purchase goods from, you will be sent an email confirming receipt of the order and the order details. A contract between you and will only take place once the order has been accepted in this way.

These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as do we, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

All products offered for sale by are priced in Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. Any customs or import duties due when your package reaches its destination country will be your responsibility. Occasionally, despite our best endeavours, products appear mispriced. We do however verify prices as part of our order confirmation email. If the correct price is lower than that promoted we will always charge you the lower amount and send you the product. If the correct price is higher, we will either contact you to advise you and request instructions before despatch, or cancel the order and notify you accordingly.

We try to hold stocks of all styles for active products, however occasionally an item will be out of stock. If this is the case, we will inform you and provide you with an anticipated delivery date. All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability. In the event your product is no longer available, you will be given a full refund.

Special Order Items
All items ordered specially, such as those sourced outside our usual stock, those with personalisation or custom made items, are non-returnable. Cancellation must be made within a week of placing the order and this MUST be done by telephone on +44 (0)1342 837581 and you must speak to a shop representative. Simply leaving a message on the answerphone is not sufficient.

CREDIT or DEBIT CARD - The fastest way to pay for immediate dispatch (stock dependant). We accept all major credit cards (excluding American Express and Diners Club Cards).
CHEQUE – If you would like to pay by cheque, please contact direct on +44 (0) 1342 837581. Please allow 10 working days for your payment to clear. Cheques should be made payable to ‘OEC Tack Shop Ltd’, and must be guaranteed by a valid bank card.
We accept online payments through a secure environment by credit or debit card and transactions are shown in Pounds Sterling. Do not email your card details. No responsibility can be taken for security if you provide your details in this way. Card fraud is illegal and will always lead to prosecution.
OFFERS & PROMOTIONS - Please note that when participating in our offers or promotions, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. If free postage is offered, it applies to a Standard Delivery only and excludes those deliveries that attract a surcharge such as deliveries outside the UK. reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time, should circumstances change.


If you return an item to us within 14 days in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, we will be happy to exchange or refund you with the original price. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty: Personalised, Special order and Custom made items, DVD's, CD's, Videos, Underwear and Computer software. Personalised, Special order and Custom made items cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.

You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive in our premises.

PLEASE NOTE: Sale Items are non-refundable. A £5 handling fee will also apply to all returned items that are not faulty.

Fair Wear & Tear Guarantee*
Our products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of receipt, providing they are used in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations. If we feel it is necessary goods will be returned to the manufacturer for their comments. Please allow 30 days for an exchange or refund in these instances.
This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Certain products are guaranteed for 12 months with a manufacturers guarantee, valid from the date of receipt and providing they are used in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations (fair wear and tear). If you have any questions regarding the guarantee, please ask your sales consultant when making your order. In the event of any dispute or uncertainty about the validity of the item for replacement or refund under the guarantee, reserve the right to return the item to the manufacturer for their own assessment and feedback. Hygiene Regulations
Due to the Health and Safety regulations and the hygienic problems involved with the inspection of Footwear and Horse Clothing, we are unable to handle and inspect any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974).
Please note: For Hygiene reasons, Underwear is non-returnable.

Goods ordered from for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, these will be levied once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges for customs must be paid by you. We have no control over these and do not know what they may be as customs policies vary from country to country. Contact your local customs officer for full details and regulations.

Delivery Options and Charges
• The delivery charges for each item can be found at the checkout stage on this website. Most items are delivered Monday to Friday unless a Saturday delivery has been requested and paid for.
• When your parcel arrives at your delivery address, a signature will usually be required to acknowledge receipt. If you wish the parcel to be left without a signature, you must express this on your order. Please note, if you request delivery without signature and the courier service they use cannot accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or stolen.
• Gift vouchers and small items may be dispatched by Royal Mail.
• All orders must be placed by 1pm to ensure next day delivery.
• Customers outside the UK or those resident in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly or Channel Islands will incur a surcharge over and above the standard delivery charge.

Oversize & Unusual Sized Items
Items that are either heavy, oversized or of an irregular shape may have an additional delivery charge associated with them. This surcharge will be added to your delivery charge and will show at the checkout stage.

Liquids, Aerosols and Gels
For security reasons relating to international air transport, we are unfortunately unable to deliver liquids, aerosols and gels outside of mainland UK.

Delivery Address Options
When you place an order you can choose either to have your goods delivered to your home address or an alternative delivery address. If you do not already have an alternative delivery address listed on your account you can enter this at the time of placing a new order, in the appropriate section.

Despatch Times
We aim to despatch all goods from our premises within 48 hours of the receipt of the order. Occasionally at exceptionally busy times this may take a little longer. You will be notified by email if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than our stated time. Our online ordering system uses a cookie to record a unique reference on your computer so that we can keep track of your order as you use the system.
